Pecan Pie V
This pie was a hit at Thanksgiving. Very good flavor and texture. Don't be afraid of how it looks. It does not look like a normal pecan pie. I used a Marie Calendar frozen crust and it was just enough to fill.

Rotisserie Chicken
Very easy to do! We used the rotisserie burner on our grill and it took a little longer. Make sure you check the temperature often. The last 30 degrees went really fast! Very juicy!
