I think I love to cook because I love having my boyfriend help me. It is great interaction and we have fun doing it. Plus getting the rest of the family together is always a big plus too. :-) I love cooking things that I think are going to be complicated and I can't think I can do. I love proveing myself wrong and watching my boyfriends face as he eats it and enjoys it :-) Some of my favorite recipes come from my Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Some of the old classics like Beef and Noodles, Round Steak with Mashed potatoes, Hash, and their are many many more :-) I think Tiramisu so far has to be a great triumph for me. :-) I almost gave up on homemade noodles....don't ask my boyfriend...he will give you a funny store about how I threw a dough fit. :-)
