Creamy Rice Pudding
Absolutely delicious! The only change I had to make was to cook it longer than the recommended times at each step to get it truly creamy.

Ham and Brie Sandwich
I haven't tried this yet, but one reviewer commented that Mango Chutney would be good. Try Mango Chutney, Black Forest ham, extra sharp white cheddar on sour dough. Delicious!

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Absolutely perfect! This is an easy salad to pull together with ingredients you usually have around. * JUST ONE CHANGE: FETA, not Swiss.
