Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
This is quite good. Five minutes to toss together and put in the crockpot. I didn't have dry onion soup so I used a sliced whole onion and a cup of beef broth, omitting water. A keeper.

Grandma's Corn Pudding
Wonderful and how I remember my grandmother's corn pudding. I only use 2 eggs in mine. Grandsons demand this every time they come over for dinner. Sometimes I add a half cup more or less of grated mild cheddar.

Parmesan-Black Pepper Arborio Rice Pilaf
I made this with homemade vegetable broth and everyone loved it. Tonight I am making it with homemade chicken broth and I know it will be great. Don't use that so-called Parmesan in a can! Use the real stuff and grate it yourself, you will be surprised at how much better it is!
