About this Cook
I am 28, but have been cooking since I was 7. I love to cook anything and am a recipe junkie. I am the most at home in the kitchen. My one true joy is cooking for friends & family and seeing their enjoyment.
My favorite things to cook
Anything...but I love to cook large meals. Christmas & Thanksgiving are my favorite times. I also love to try and create new dishes & update old recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family has a lot of old Southern recipes that have been passed-down through the generations. These recipes are only allowed to be passed to other family members.
My cooking triumphs
I have 2 distinct groups of friends. I have 1 group of friends that raid my house when they find out that I am cooking. The other group usually run the other the direction because they eat too much!!!
My cooking tragedies
I have butchered my share of meals, but I try to learn from each one.

Garlic Creamed Chicken
I loved this recipe. I am a garlic lover, so I added extra Garlic. I also added a little salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, and parmesan cheese as recommended by others. I absolutely loved this recipe and will definetly make again.
