Plum Bread
This is a very tasty fresh fruity cake. I used fresh pureed plums and I mixed all the wet ingredients in the blender. I forgot to add the ground cloves so instead put a bit of ginger in. I loved the outcome and it baked very nicely. Super moist!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Everyone who tastes it asks for the recipe before leaving! It's a VERY sweet bread. You can definately cut the sugar from 3 cups to 2 cups and its still very sweet.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This is a super cake! But you only need 1/2 cup of oil and its still a VERY moist cake. I also add a cup of raisins and use 1 cup of brown sugar and one cup of white sugar instead of all white sugar. My mother is very picky and she insists its the perfect carrot cake.
