Salsa Biscuit Chicken
I shaped the biscuits into small mini pizza crusts then topped with remaining ingredients, and baked about the same amount of time. My kids loved them. =0

Banana Crumb Muffins
These are heavenly. My son said that this was his favorite muffin ever. He says they are better than Otis Spunkmeyer.
