Cheezy Tomato Chops
This was an interesting recipe that I stumbled upon when I was looking for something to make with what I had in my fridge. I used grated Old Cheddar and topped it off with a squirt of BBQ sauce. It slide off the chops, so I would try it with slices instead next time.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
This is a really great, simple recipe. Like others suggested I added mushrooms and I think it really added something needed to the recipe. I like to cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces and thicken the sauce with cornstarch towards the end.

Honey Baked Chicken II
I would have liked a way to thicken this sauce a little more. It wasn't really anything specutular. I might try making this again with drumsticks instead of skinless boneless chicken.
