Baked Pork Chops I
Oh my gosh! This reminded me of chicken fried steak with country gravy (and a lot easier!). I used thin pork chops and cut the baking time to 30/30 and they were perfect. For the full "experience" make sure you serve with mashed potatoes, but be warned, this is not for dieters. It's a total comfort food meal!
