I made this for a company picnic the night before and it was nothing but mush the next day. It was more like apple pudding, nothing crisp about it all. Major disappointment, I'm going to move onto other recipes.

I made this for work and everyone loved it. I thought it had just a tad too much whipped topping but it was tasty. For the pudding I used 1cup milk and 1 cup heavy whipping cream to get a creamer pudding. I also placed the pan in the fridge after adding each layer for at least 20 minutes so the layers wouldnt blend when spreading the new one on. I'm sure I'll be asked to make this over and over and over.

These took at least 45 minutes to bake all the way through . And I used 1 tsp of mint extract in the frosting and it was too much, all you could taste was mint. Next time I will put in 1/2 tsp at most. At the very least I'm willing to give this recipe one more try.
