I didn't measure the salt, just added it to taste (which is what you really should do in recipes like this). It was amazing. We ate this all up while waiting for the enchiladas to get done

Made this for Easter dinner for my boyfriend and his parents. His dad asked me for the recipe, which was a huge compliment. The only changes I made were leaving out the carrots and pimentos and adding diced pickles and eggs. Very very yummy though

Special Deviled Eggs

I made these for Easter dinner for my boyfriend and his parents. They turned out pretty good, but I did not like how the relish made the filling chunky. There were still gobbled up though.

Beer Margaritas

I'm not usually a big margarita fan, but these were absolutely amazing. I omited the water and used ice instead for a frozen margarita. My boyfriend and I drank the entire recipe: I was a very happy Cinco de Mayo!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

This was the first time I have ever fried something at home, and it turned out awesome. The batter on the chicken really was like something you would get from a restaraunt and the sauce complimented the chicken really well. I took others advice and seasoned the chicken before battering.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies

Made these and everyone at work loved them. It was actually the first time I have ever been asked for a recipe. I didn't have peanut putter chips so used Reese's Pieces instead and it turned out great.
