LuvAnn's Guacamole
I didn't measure the salt, just added it to taste (which is what you really should do in recipes like this). It was amazing. We ate this all up while waiting for the enchiladas to get done

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
Made this for Easter dinner for my boyfriend and his parents. His dad asked me for the recipe, which was a huge compliment. The only changes I made were leaving out the carrots and pimentos and adding diced pickles and eggs. Very very yummy though

Special Deviled Eggs
I made these for Easter dinner for my boyfriend and his parents. They turned out pretty good, but I did not like how the relish made the filling chunky. There were still gobbled up though.
