Mexican Lasagna I
I made this for my mothe in laws birthday and everyone liked it. I wasn't very impressed with the combination. Not a bad recipe just not my taste.

Hash Brown Egg Bake
Loved it! I sometimes make it with mushrooms and tomatoes in it and switch out the meat using, ham, sausage or bacon. Everyone I make it for loves it.
