Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Absolutely AWESOME!!!! Great on a cold evening with a loaf of french bread. I added some canned carrot slices, sliced mushrooms, and bits of celery & onion. A big hit in our household of 5 men (and boys).

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Well, if you are a chocolate chip cookie dough freak like me...THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOU!!! Absolutely awesome!! Follow other suggestions and be sure to FREEZE the cookie dough before making the cupcakes. AND only bake for 16 minutes. I iced with the buttercream frosting II from this site. Took to work and all went crazy!!! This deserves a 10. Such a GREAT spin on cupcakes!!!!!!

OMG!!! AWESOME!! I used Milk Chocolate morsels AND then...topped it off with the Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting on this site. All enjoyed!!!!!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Excellent!! I mix the flour & sugar in the cut rhubarb and let set for about an hour. Fruit makes the rhubarb, extra juicey. May add a lil red food coloring to enhance the color. SO AWESOME!!! Wither you LOVE it or HATE it!!!! Vanilla ice cream on the top... IS A MUST!!!!!!!!

Bob's Blue Cheese Dressing

Raspberry Sauce

Good flavor. Used this as an under drizzle for a very rich, chocolate cake. Maybe too thick and the cornstarch made it too light in color. A little tweaking and it will be perfect!!!

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker

I have amde this as well for several years. I don't even brown before...Just place in the pot. Pour all over chops...turn on low for 8 hours,,come home from work with a great dinner waiting!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Continental

YUM!!! So easy...and SO GOOD!!! I also used 2 cans of mushroom soup and 2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 c flour. Also used 6 breasts!! Served with rice and asparagus!! Definitely will make again!!!

If I could give it a "10".. I WOULD!! OMG!! I did take the advice of some and use 3 eggs; 30 oz can of pumpkin mix; 1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning. I also used 8 oz of cream cheese in the frosting. YUM!!!!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Pretty Chicken Marinade

This was awesome!!!! Made it exactly the way the recipe is written, EXCEPT I didn't have liquid smoke so substituted McCormicks brown sauce AND added the Asian garlic pepper sauce as recommended. Marinated it for 4 hours. Was juicy, tender, and tasty!! A lil different twist to chicken on the grill.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

AWESOME!!! Definitely give it 10-12 hrs. to cook on slow BUT about 2 hours before serving, remove beef, slice and cut up, return to cooker. Makes all the difference in the world !!!!!

Chili Rellenos Casserole

After taking others advice, I left out the 1/2 c milk, added green chili sauce and a few dice tomoatoes. Topped with black olives and a little crumbled cooked hamburger. My husband went bonkers and couldn't stop raving about it!! We grew some pablanos chilies and he was dying for some chili rellenos. This was ALOT easier and just as tasty. Will definitely make again!!!!

Blueberry Crisp II

I must echo everybody else!!!! Don't let the mayonaise fool ya!!! This is EXCELLENT and SOOOO easy !!!! I did mix a little of the crumbled flour mixture in with the bluberries. THANKS for a quick and yummy dessert!!!

Cream Cheese Squares

AWESOME !!!! Made these for Father's Day BBQ and what a hit !!!!!! Took some advice and added an egg to the cream cheese; did 1/2 teas of almond extract and 1/2 teas of vanilla. Also topped cream cheese with cherry pie filling and then topped with the other cresent rolls.. YUMMY !!!!!!
