Jam Filled Butter Cookies

These were sure easy to make...Did add the salt AND the 2 Tsp of Vanilla..They are bland, otherwise. Great lil shortbread cookie...EXCELLENT with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

Followed the directions to the tea!!! Absolutely awesome salmon!!!! Definitely want to simmer the glaze to get it down to a thicker state..maybe 45 mins. Will be one of our favorites!!!! Thank you from Texas!!!

Megan's Granola

OMG!!!!! This is AWESOME!!!! I took out the pecans & walnuts and added pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. You can do what ever you like!! Easy to make as well. GREAT munching AND on yogurt. Thanks for sharing, Megan!!!!

Fish Fillets Italiano

This is a 5 star dish!!!! I followed advice of adding parsley, Italian seasoning in with the tomatoes and all. Let it simmer for about 20 mins. Added Talipia underneath under the mixture and let it simmer til fish turned white. Did add some parsesan of the top. Served over brown rice. Was SOOOO delicious. Hubby LOVED it!!!!!

Chicken and Corn Chili

This was so!! so!!! good!!!!! I cut up the raw chicken into cubes. Added a small can of diced green chilis, a 16 oz can diced tomatoes, and 2 teas of sugar. Went to work..Came home to the house smelling so yummy. Cooked on low, for 11 hours!!! Was a cold rainy night and this hit the spot. Served over spanish rice. Will be one of our favorites!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

OH!! MY !!!!!!!! This was incredible. Didn't change a thing. Followed directions. Slow cooked it for 8 hours. I too was skeptical of chicken, margarine & Italian seasoning.....Was absolutely wonderful, flavorful, and smelled so good while cooking!!!! Can't wait to make it again. Perfect to come home to after a long day at work!!!!! Thanks, Judi for sharing!!!!!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Absolutely AWESOME!!!! Great on a cold evening with a loaf of french bread. I added some canned carrot slices, sliced mushrooms, and bits of celery & onion. A big hit in our household of 5 men (and boys).

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Well, if you are a chocolate chip cookie dough freak like me...THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOU!!! Absolutely awesome!! Follow other suggestions and be sure to FREEZE the cookie dough before making the cupcakes. AND only bake for 16 minutes. I iced with the buttercream frosting II from this site. Took to work and all went crazy!!! This deserves a 10. Such a GREAT spin on cupcakes!!!!!!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Excellent!! I mix the flour & sugar in the cut rhubarb and let set for about an hour. Fruit makes the rhubarb, extra juicey. May add a lil red food coloring to enhance the color. SO AWESOME!!! Wither you LOVE it or HATE it!!!! Vanilla ice cream on the top... IS A MUST!!!!!!!!

Bob's Blue Cheese Dressing

Raspberry Sauce

Good flavor. Used this as an under drizzle for a very rich, chocolate cake. Maybe too thick and the cornstarch made it too light in color. A little tweaking and it will be perfect!!!

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker

I have amde this as well for several years. I don't even brown before...Just place in the pot. Pour all over chops...turn on low for 8 hours,,come home from work with a great dinner waiting!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Continental

YUM!!! So easy...and SO GOOD!!! I also used 2 cans of mushroom soup and 2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 c flour. Also used 6 breasts!! Served with rice and asparagus!! Definitely will make again!!!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

If I could give it a "10".. I WOULD!! OMG!! I did take the advice of some and use 3 eggs; 30 oz can of pumpkin mix; 1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning. I also used 8 oz of cream cheese in the frosting. YUM!!!!
