Lentil Soup III
Changing the Cumin to Curry was the key for my family! I add a bit more garlic and use a large can of diced tomatoes instead of the paste. This recipe is on our regular rotation.

Easy Blender Salsa
The only reason this recipe didn't get 5 stars is because it doesn't call for garlic. Try that next time...makes it even better!!

Artichoke Chicken
Delicious! Even my kids (ages 4, 2 & 1) loved it! This is definitely going to become a regular meal in our home.
