My name is tony, i'm 37 single..love my sport ..like most guy's..rugby league,aussie rules cricket..I play hockey squash..ride my bike walk when i can..work in a furniture store, 4 about 10-15 yrs now..own my own house.. no kids..like all of us i love to cook...bit of a greenie at heart.. like to help the enviroment..

not many family traditions,but i've turned my cajun seafood risotto into somthing i always get asked for..
My cooking triumphs
cajun seafood risotto,minestrone soup to die for..chilli con carne.. my fried rice goes down well..
My cooking tragedies
luckily i don't have any yet(touch wood)

Cajun Cabbage with Rice
i liked this recipe very much. Just the right amount of spice & a great way to use up cabbage. a great one pot meal for a quick easy mid week meal.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
i used equal parts potato,sweet potato & pumpkin. i would also mash the beans first. i topped it with salsa & cheese & baked them. delicious, i'll do them again as they are excellent for using up leftover mash..

Cincinnati Chili I
Well done holly,you would have gotten 5 stars only i stuffed up the amount of chilli..i'll try again soon..the chocolate deffinately helps as well as leaving it overnight.. yum yum
