Chow Mein Clusters
Used generic butterscotch and found it very difficult to melt. The oils separated making a lumpy mess. BUT even though the clusters barely held together, they were delicious. Next time I'll try name brand!

Creole Chicken II
Tried 3 times, adding more spice each time. Just too bland for us. Also, using meat on bone is too inconvenient in such a saucy dish. This dish was okay, but not great... I'll probably never make it again.

Bacon Roll-Ups
So simple and So delicious. Served at a dinner party, using vegetarian bacon. My husband, who is a meat lover, loved them along with everyone else. Only after his third did he find out I used fakin bacon! Here I go to make some more right now.
