About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
When I was 10 years old I asked my Mom if I could bake some brownies. I assured her that I could follow the recipe. She said she didn't think we had any cocoa powder so I looked in the cupboard and told her we had plenty. So she allowed me to bake the brownies. Those were the worst brownies! I had used hot chocolate mix thinking it was unsweetened cocoa powder. I still get "ribbed" for that one.

Ultimate Potato Soup
This soup was okay but not a favorite. I will try a different recipe next time.

Delilah's Frosted Cut-Out Sugar Cookies
This is a very good cookie. The frosting taste better that plain ole royal frosting even though it doesn't get quite as hard.

Chocolate Rum Balls I
Very good. I used 1/4 cup Maker's Mark Bourbon and 1/4 cup of my own homemade flavoring to cut the alcohol content a little. Then I tried it with 1/4 cup of Bailey's and 1/4 cup of homemade flavoring, this was excellent!
