Taco Seasoning I
Perfect! Thanks so much - saved me from running to the store and buying a packet. Used sprinkle of cayenne pepper instead of red pepper flakes (didn't have any)

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
5 Stars for how pretty this looks when it comes out of the oven - great for potluck or casual company. 4 1/2 stars for taste - Made a second time with 2 cups chicken and 2 cups black beans. Also used less green chiles.

Herb Roasted Pork
The glaze was very nice as was the rub. I modified by inserting pieces of garlic in the roast and doubling spices. Tasty
