Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Fantastic recipe! I will actually add a bit more sugar as we like our cornbread sweet. I doubled the recipe and made 24 muffins. My boys love them!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wonderful recipe! These cookies flew out of my kitchen with three sons and their friends! Great texture, great flavor and you can add any chips you want to change up/enhance the flavor. I will be making these often!

Chocolate Pound Cake III

This is a very rich chocolate cake! The taste is amazing, it is almost like a brownie! The serving sized suggested are very big for a cake this rich. I did add a few mini chocolate chips but that was my only change from the original recipe. Thank you!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

The BEST peanut butter cookie! These are my staple, sometimes I don't add the chopped nuts, sometimes I make kiss cookies with them, they are soft and perfect!

Macaroon Cookie Bars

Great bars! Next time I will probably add mini chocolate chips to the cake mixture to add a little more to it. I also drizzled bittersweet chocolate on top, it went well with the sweetness of the coconut layer!

Peach Bread

Great bread! I used 1 large can of peaches and cut them a bit larger than the pre-cut canned peaches and used a little fresh nutmeg, it tasted really nice, especially after sitting overnight in the fridge!

Amish White Bread

This is the most sucessful bread recipes I have. It always turns out, easily makes great sandwich rolls and is delicious! It is a sweeter bread but that is what makes it so great! Tastes like what we brought home from Amish Country here in Ohio.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Very good! I used thawed frozen berries and doubled the recipe for a weekend away! Only change I would make is not to use double the oil, next time I will substitute applesauce for at least 1/2 the oil.

Chocolate Covered Cherries

I did not have a problem with the mess. I did half the fondant recipe but I used a small cookie scoop to portion the fondant and halved that, one scoop=2 cherries. I put powdered sugar on my counter and my hands to prevent sticking. I also used milk chocolate cand coating mixed with semi-sweet choc. chips to coat. I did freeze the cherries before and after wraping. They turned out great, not to sweet and the coating turned liquid within the chocolate just as it said it would! Perfect!

Best Brownies

Awesome brownies!! I doubled the recipe in a 9X13. I added about 1 cup total cocoa powder and 1 cup chocolate chips. I baked for 30 minutes and left in oven and finished 10 more minutes with oven off. Perfect for true chocolate lovers!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I found this recipe and have used it faithfully. Everyone comments on these cookies! Sometimes I use chunks and I ALWAYS double the recipe. The perfect chocolate chip cookie! Update:In warm weather you do need to chill the dough before baking and DO NOT OVERCOOK! Mine stay soft as long as they are in a sealed container!
