Clam Linguine
Excellent recipe. Nice change from the "creamy type" sauces. I used a can of diced tomatoes and added some white wine. Really good! Thanks!

Carrot and Ginger Soup
I thought this soup was good. Unfortunately I took somebody else's advice and added some nutmeg, which gave the whole batch a funny taste. Next time I will make it as the recipe is stated.

Red Pepper Soup
This is a truely wonderful recipe. I used a bit of half and half, becuase that is what I had. Great recipe for a starter...I served this before filet mignon.
