Spicy Strawberry Jam
really yummy on Duck, chicken or Pork. I switched out the chili's for Sambal. Sweet taste up front with a lingering heat. very yummy. thanks

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
Very good! I used whole tomatoes, fresh herbs * unfiltered olive oil. Definitely use the wine!! It is a great, versatile recipe.

Japanese Potsticker Dip
This is great and easy! I lightly drizzle seasame oil on potstickers or dumplings with this and it is a perfect little topper to a great dish! I also add finely chopped chives or green onions to it. Thanks!
