Awesome Broccoli Marinara
Very good.I also added some red onion and served with Feta on top.You can add crumbled Feta a couple of minutes before serving so that it melts.

American Lite Fried Rice
This recipe is really awesome.The only change I did was to add beef. I marinated stripes of beef in "Easiest Teriyaki Marinade" recipe found also on this site.I sauteed the stripes before rice and garlic.Took the meat out of wok and added after frying the rice.Absolutely perfect.

Broccoli Cornbread
I did not try this recipe yet but I think it may be helpful to roast the broccoli first with some onion and substitute Feta for Cottage Cheese.
