I have to say I was VERY surprised at how tasty this turned out! I served them on open faced toast. The kids gobbled it down much faster then the roast it was leftover from.

Seven-Up™ Cake II

Wow, how easy! The kids loved the idea of soda in their cake. I used the whole can, I didn't try to use only 3/4 c, it worked well. I served it with a huckleberry sauce and whipped cream.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This was very, very simple and good. I added 1 pound of halved fresh mushrooms and used russet potatoes. It got a little watery (from the mushrooms) and I had to pour some of the liquid off to crisp up the potatoes.

These are super cute, super easy and super sweet (what do you expect from all that sugary stuff folks!). My 5 year old had a blast making them. It took less than 15 minutes to make 24 start to finish with "kid" help.

Beef Stroganoff with Noodles

This was wonderful! We loved it here, I used 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt as we rarely put salt on anything. I also used fresh mushrooms instead of canned, I loved the way they tasted sauted and put in at the end they didn't get mushy!

Gourmet Guacamole

This is soooo yummy. I used chipolte chili pepper, sour cream and fresh lemon juice to prevent browning. I used a very robust salsa, if you use a mild salsa I can imagine this would taste bland.

Party Cake Frosting

I thought this was excellent the sprinkles even stuck to the frosting without having to press them in, however my prissy three year old doesn't like anything stickey on her hands and was not thrilled with it on the cupcakes and refused to finish them :(
