Excellent !!! But one tip, do not waste your time frying all that bacon, only to put it in the soup and it gets all soggy again...UGH ! Buy 'real' bacon bits(not those fake Bac-O's kind) and thow them in/or on top, when you serve the soup. YUMMO !!!!!!!!! :-)

I love these !! It reminds me of when I was a kid growing up cuz my Mom would make these quite often...and as I got older, I started making them. Whether you put in coconut & walnuts..or not..whichever way you make them (I like to use colored marshmallows)...they are delicious !!! And ohhhh sooo easy !!!YUMMO !!! ;-)

Yummo ! :-) I have been making this meatloaf for years. But 2 things I do differently. 1, is that I carmelize the onions in a fry pan and then add them to the meatloaf mixture...more flavor. :-) And 2, (I learned this from Paula Dean from the Food Network)...put 2 to 3 slices of bread in the bottom of the pan to soak up the grease as it is cooking. And then just throw away the grease soaked bread after it is done cooking. Happy Eating ! :-)
