Wonderful recipe as is but I made a couple modifications this time because I didn't have time to go to the store. It still turned out great! I used panko (Japanese bread crumbs) and scallions for the onion. I also used a small grated cooked red-skinned potato, minus the skin instead of flakes. I didn't have any dill, so I used some spicy montreal seasoning because it has dill in it. I didn't have celery salt, either but I did add some lemon pepper. So, you can play around with it a lot and still have a great outcome! The original recipe is very good as well.
