I would have to say these were one of the worst brownies I have ever made! It was more like a cake than a brownie. My kids told me to never make them again. Actually I ended up throwing them out and trying a different recipe. Hopefully I will have more success.

Cheesy Potatoes I

Very good recipe. I made these at Easter and everyone loved them. I did as other viewers and used 1/2 lb. processed cheese and 1/2 lb. shredded cheese. I also used 2 cups of milk. I baked for 1 1/2 hrs. Be sure to slice the potatoes thin. Will definitely make this recipe again!

Turkey Pot Pie I

Basil Turkey Burgers

Very good burgers. I gave it a four star because it was a little bland tasting. I will make them again and probably add some garlic a more basil. The mayo/basil spread was delicious!

Caramel Turtle Brownies

Good brownies, very rich! I would probably use caramel topping instead of the bagged caramels. It is a pain unwrapping all of the caramels. I didn't use the pecans since my kids are not crazy about nuts on their brownies. I would probably make them again. Thanks

Very bland cookie. I rolled them in extra confectioner sugar just to give it more of a sweet taste. I will not make them again. Sorry.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Good recipe. The only thing I would change is to not use so much chicken broth. It's more like a soup than a chili. Next time I will definitely cut the broth back by 1 to 2 cups

Fluffy Pancakes

My kids thought these pancakes were great! I just made them for the first time this morning and my son thought they were much better than boxed, and he loves the boxed pancakes. I will definitely make them again. I did take the advice of another and cut back on the baking powder and I beat the egg whites until peaks and added them last. Thanks!

Classic Waffles

Very good waffles. I too added another tsp. of vanilla and tbsp. sugar. My kids like them a little sweeter. I did take the advice of another and separated the eggs and I don't think that made much of a difference. I am planning to make them this morning for my kids and sleepover friends.

Wedding Cake

This recipe was very bland. I took the advice of others and added almond extract, lemon extract and lemon juice. It still wasnt that tasteful. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because we put cream cheese filling between the two cakes and a cream cheese frosting. This added more flavor. Im not sure if I will be making this again.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake I

Pretty good cake. I think there is way too much sugar in this recipe. I cut back to 1 1/2 cups using white and brown sugar and used 1/2 cup in the walnut mixture also using white and brown sugar. I took the advice of another and added 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the topping. I did do the less fattening version and it was pretty good. I'm not sure I will make it again unless I have alot of people to feed. I ended up putting half in the freezer for another time.
