This is so easy and inexpensive to make. Most of all it's delicious! I've made it exactly as written twice...once using Hershey's cocoa, once with Nestle. I thought Nestle's gave it a deeper chocolate taste. The 2nd time I added just a splash of cold brewed coffee. Did I mention this is delicious?! I'm going to be making this to give as gifts at Christmas. Thanks for the awesome recipe!!

Awesome recipe! And so simple. I did use baby carrots...not that I don't like to follow directions, just a little lazy! : ) Thank you, Laura! I will be making these again and again.

I made this exactly as the recipe states and it was wonderful! Got rave reviews from everyone. All other cheesecake recipes are being thrown away. This is the one!!!
