Rempel Family Meatloaf
The most delicious meatloaf I've ever had. I used ground turkey instead of beef and made slight changes to the amount of ingredient since I only had 1.25 pounds of meat. The only change I would possibly make is to add some fresh onion. DELICOUS!!!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I've made this twice now and love it everytime. The second time, I didn't add enough chicken broth (Cooked outside of the turkey) and the bread was a bit dry. I made this the day before. Used Granny smith apple, and Jimmy dean Sage sausage as suggested. I also used fresh herbs the second time around and it was more flavorful than the first time when I used dried. I used potato and sourdough bread the first time which was perfect. I used french bread and potato the second time and prefer the sourdough over the french. I drizzled it with butter before refridgerating and then let the mixture come to room temperature before baking for 30 minutes the next day. 1/2-3/4 of the can of chicken broth would get it moist enough for me next time, but that is personal preference.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
Not for my taste. I didn't care for the consistency. I suppose we prefer the breaded kind. They were just okay. I wouldn't make again.
