I Am a bride to be getting ready for many holidays witin a large family. There are also many Pot Luck dinners in my future. I will be cooking for a small army several times a year. Stews,Pasta,Rice dishes,Meat pies. Quick, easy and filling foods. Baking and fancy desserts when I have time. I like to try more difficult recipies than I have attempted. Chicken in home made noodels.Cream Puffs, Seafoam candy, sawmill gravy, Mincemeat cookies, Doughnuts, Spanish rice. Pie crust and doughs are my strong suit.Getting rid of excess fats and greases in usually greasy dishes is a strong point. Butter tarts that boiled over into the muffin tin and the oven.That was a rotten mess.
