Thai Cucumber Salad
OMG! So good and so easy, Made this for company, everyone loved it. It's a great healthy alternative to the mayo based summer salads.

Morning Glory Muffins
So good, very moist, the whole family loved them. I like that this recipe uses apple sauce instead of lots of oil, and lots of healthy stuff! Next time i'll add whole wheat flour intead of white. (but I can be a bit of a health nut)

Popularity Cookies
These are amazing, so easy but fancy enough for giving out as gifts. For Christmas I like adding white chocolate chips instead of chocolate and dried cranberries instead of almonds, very festive...but don't make them because you will eat them all, highly sddictive
