Pink Cloud
My mom has made this recipe for years. She uses orange and pineaple jello, madrine oranges and pineapples! OMG This is so good, a great summer treat!

Jamie's Minestrone
Oh wow! This was really good. I made subsitutions to fit what i had on hand. I omitted the red wine, finished the beef broth I had on hand, used 32oz crushed italian tomatoes, 1 14 oz can diced italian tomatoes. Added frozen corn, green beans and spinach. Also added a can of canelli beans. Added chicken broth as the soup cooked so that it wouldn't be too think. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. It was even better for lunch the next day.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This soup is awesome. I followed some of the other viewers and added more ham, potatoes, carrots, corn and green beans. Also put velveeta in and it was amazing.
