Hello my name is Kim, I have been married for 6 years to a very wonderful man i have known since i was 7 years old. I have three children, Amber 24, Kristopher 21, Cheyenne 12 &1 grandbaby 5 Karissa. I love working out and taking care of our Exotic Birds Kenji a 6 year old Blue & Gold Macaw & our sixth month old Goffin Cockatoo we love going to the Oregon coast to do power kiting.

Banana Cake VI
we loved this recipe it turned out very moist and yummy, i did use 2 cups white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour, i also added chopped pecans which were wonderful. i dont like frosting so i didnt use it, this cake is wonderful with out all of the extra calories that come from the frosting.. but this cake is a deff keeper thanks for sharing

Spicy Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Oh my Lord this is awesome i made it tonight for dinner for me and my daughter i did not use the onion as i forgot to add it.. instead of white bread i used 100% whole wheat and i used monteray jack instead of american cheese and a whole jalapeno and had to have the roma's wouldnt have been as good with out them..this is a sure keeper, im not a big fan of grilled cheese but i tell you i love it this way..along side tomato soup look out what a quick dinner thanks for sharing

Lemonade Icebox Pie
this pie was very good has alot of taste not over powering, i did how ever make a few changes to it do to not having it on hand.i omitted the sweetened condensed milk as i did not have it instead i replaced it with 2 6 oz containers of light lemon yogurt did not use the lemonade as the yogurt had plenty of taste i shredded a Dove dark chocolate over the top before freezing
