Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
The ginger gives this a really neat flavor. Here's what I did: used 1 egg, less milk, garlic salt (vs. reg. salt), Italian breadcrumbs (vs. saltines), minced onion (vs. fresh). I made extra of the ketchup/br. sugar mixture, and put it on top (vs. the bottom). I took off the foil for the last 10 min. Thanks for a yummy recipe!

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
I made these using a mini-muffin pan. I used a dark chocolate cake mix (extra moist). I used less oil then called for, I added a bit of vanilla. I used this recipe for frosting: 3oz. cream cheese, 2Tbl. butter, 2C. powdered sugar, 1/2tsp. vanilla. I put the frosting in a decorating tube, and put one dollop of frosting in the middle of each cupcake. Thanks fro sharing this recipe :)

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
Yummy!I used what I had on hand, here it goes: I used GFS frozen dinner rolls (they are a bit sweet), no poppy seeds, white American cheese, brown sugar ham,& honey mustard. I put the mixture on the inside of the rolls (vs. the top), and wrapped each in their own foil. I'm sure you can alter this one in many ways. Thank you for the great recipe!

Butternut Squash Fries

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
I took others advice and used pumpkin pie spice and a bit of brown sugar on top. I did find they were abit better when cooked for a longer period. If you use EVOO, be sure to use a smal amount (the squash stays very moist). Thakns for sharing :)
