I have two little boys, four dogs and one horse. I love to cook, fish and spend time with my family. I like to cook all things, but my favorite is to learn to cook something I've never cooked before. Lasagna is one of my all time specialties. Our family has our own potatoe salad recipe that has never been beat. I think my father just made it up one day. These days we also add bacon, but that is the only change. Beer can chicken and grilled ribs, perfectly done the first time I ever tried it. Probably the worst I've ever done is drying out a roast or using too much garlic and company didn't like it.
