Super Easy Doughnuts
I am a firm beleiver in don't messing with the recipes until you try it first. I have no Idea what went wrong but as for frying them, Mine fell apart and soaked up alot of grease (@375) I thought the dough was alot like a sugar cookie dough so I baked them in the oven @400 worked good and with some frosting was able to use the dough and not throw it out. I'll look else where for a drop doughnut. sorry just didn't work for me.

Hamburger Buns
Made them for lunch. started at 10:25 and pulled the first tray out by 11:45. Was a good and easy recipes. used 2 cups of wheat flour and turned out well. But I only got twenty buns and not twenty five. They where small but I had 1/6lb patty so they worked well. Will use many times. No more store bought buns for me. Thank you for the recipe.

Cinnamon Ice Cream
I have a Gallon (when froze) Ice cream freezer. I doubled the recipe (followed to full cup of sugar). Put when I added it for the freezer container it fell short of the line, So beening as I'm the kind on person that waters down Kool-aid. I was worried about the sweetness. I went ahead and add about 3 more cups of Half-n-Half to the mix to bring it up to the line. Kept it in the frig over night. PERFECT!!!!! No wonder why it is at the top! I will make it often. thanks Elizebeth great recipe!!!!!!
