Married, mom of two wonderful kids! I have very little time to prepare meals after work, so I try and come up with quick, easy, good meals on weekdays. I also enjoy baking and making appetizers! I love to make breakfast at dinner since we don't have much time in the morning! My favorite things to make are brownies, cheesecake and applecrisp - because those are my family's favorites.
