Roasted Corn on the Cob
This was delicious! It probably helped that I had the best sweet corn. I brushed the butter, mustard, horseradish mixture on as soon as I took the corn out of the oven. It was perfect, the best new recipe I have found for corn on the cob. I will definitely make this again.

Roasted Potato Medley
I made this with only Yukon gold potatoes and it was delicious. I like the addition of the vinegar, but I reduced the amount by half. I used Emeril's Essence for the seasoning. Delicious!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
This was my first time to cook salmon. I looked through a lot of recipes before I decided which one to try. I chose this one because the ingredients sounded like they would give good flavor. I was not disappointed at all. It was super easy and delicious. I saved the recipe and will be making this again.
