Oven Baked Garlic and Parmesan Fries
These were sooooo good. My picky kids and husband couldn't get enough. I didn't even have any leftovers. Nice and golden and crispy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside. Will make again and again.

Seafood Chowder
This was very good. I ended up using crawfish tails instead of lobster since it cost so much. I don't recomend the crawfish, but the basic recipe was wonderful. I would make this again.

Better Than Best Fried Chicken
This came out very crispy, but a little bland. I also brined my chicken before putting in the soup mixture, and it was very tasty and juicy.
