I am 25 and in the Marine Corps. BEfore my time in the military I loved to cook. Still do actually. Can't wait until I am a civilian again and I can make my beautiful gf wonderful dinners every night. My favorite things to cook are entrees. I have dabbled in other things such as deserts, breakfasts, and pastries, but I have found my true love is the main course My mother always cooked from scratch and for a boatload of people. Even when thee was only the 3 of us she would cook for an army. I have been published for my cajun gnochis when I was in school. I love the spice and concocted a spicy gnochi that won a contest Oh where to begin. Well lets just say every good cook has had some bumps in the road.
