Fruit Cobbler
This is a wonderful recipe. It adapts well to other kinds of fruit, as well. The crust is crunchy and lovely where the butter has been around the edges. I highly recommend it.

End of the Line Ham Casserole
I used leftover mashed potatoes (because that's what I had) instead of sliced, and I sauteed the onion in a little butter before putting this all together. I also added some cheddar cheese on top. It was simple and very good. My little ones really liked it, as well as my husband.

Zippy Zucchini
I thought this was very good as is, but I also layered some sliced tomato in it and loved that. It's a good recipe to use up garden veggies.
