Fresh Fruit Salad
This salad was a perfect Sunday brunch item. Becuase we are in the tropics, I added pineapple and dragon fruit. I doubled the dressing which was the perfect amount for this large salad. Thank you for this recipe!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Lovely! I served in martini glasses with several triangle chips on the side of the glass. A great ending to our Mexican meal. Thanks!

Black Bean Hummus
Fabulous! I doubled the recipe, using 1 can of chickpeaks (peeled) and 1 can of black beans. Thank you for the recipe!
