Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I've been making this for a few years, and thought I'd comment. I mix it all in a ziplock bag, and cut an end to pipe it into a disposable metal bread pan. I usually drain some of the fat off while it cooks. It usually takes about an hour & half for me in my oven. I also put the topping on the top. I serve it with mashed potatoes, it's one of my husbands favorites.

Au Gratin Beef Bake
I made this last night, I had all of the ingredients, but it just wasn't that good. It was edible, maybe a dish that young kids may eat up, but my husband & I were disappointed. I threw it away after we each had a helping. It was very easy to make, i tried to add some seasonings based on other comments, not sure how to help this recipe.

Chicken Noodle Casserole II
This was a quick & easy meal. I followed someone elses suggestion & boiled chicken breast is some seasoning-I used mrs dash garlic. Then added peas & mushrooms. My husband loved it, so I made a second the next day for my grandma- a hit again.
