Great recipe. I made it just as directed....only 3 TBLSP of cornstarch and it set perfectly. The pudding did not take long to boil and get thick. I split one recipe into two pie shells and topped with whipped topping, but would be great with meringue.

My mother made salmom patties like this and I have continued the tradition. My family loves them. I would not recommend adding anything to the mixture.
