Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

Awesome, first time ever making cranberry sauce and everyone loved it. I did use double the liquid, omitted the dried fruit and next time would cut down the sugar. This recipe is a keeper!

California Avocado Salsa

This was absolutely awesome. We substituted the Jalapeno pepper with Habanero pepper and did not have any cilantro on-hand or roasted red peppers. We could not stop eating this.

Corn and Zucchini Melody

Really liked it, maybe because we used fresh vegetables... it came out great. We added more spice to it by using a little bit of chile pepper and a 1/4 tsp of red pepper.

Spinach Lasagna III

Don't what went wrong but the cheese mixture had a very grainy feel. Did not go over well. Will try a different recipe next time.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

Got great compliments on it. I followed the recipe but used other suggestions and used half-n-half as well as 2 different type of cheeses (cheddar and monterey jack)

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Philly Mashed Potatoes

We did not eat fish very often until we tried this recipe. Now we eat this once a week. It is delicious! Note we are not parsley fans so we just omit that and do add more cayenne pepper to give it a kick.
