Very good! Next time I will double the wine & butter, there wasnt nearly enough sauce. I would love to try it with seared scallops, too! Very easy, tasty pasta dish.

I was really suprized at how easy this was! However, I thought it tasted a little weird. I think maybe it was the vanilla extract. I loaded it with a mountain of whipped cream and my family gobbled it up! I will make it again, using less vanilla to see if that was indeed the culprit.

Fantastic, hearty, healthy soup that's easy to make, and will fill your home with a wonderful aroma all day while cooking. If you do some of the chopping ahead of time, it will make it even easier.

Sesame Beef

Really good stir fry sauce. I TRIPLED the recipie (changed servings from 4 to 12) and I added fresh steamed broccoli, and there was plenty of sauce. I used regular onions instead of green onions, and much less sesame seeds than called for. Since I dont love beer, next time I'll try it with chicken.

Men Love This Steak

Greasy, but definitely delicious. Next time I will NOT use the bacon grease for the veggies, and Im sure it would then get 5 stars. the butter should be plenty to saute them.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Fantastic!! I had to improvise because all I had was vegetable flavored chicken broth, and canned mushrooms...and it still turned out great. I served it over orzo and the whole family loved it! Will definitely make again!

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

This recipe was terrific... and easy to make. I chose to substitute the corn with sliced black olives and I also added a can of sliced mushrooms. It was delicious!

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken

This dish was delicious! I added garlic to the spinach mixture and sauted the veggies before stuffing the chicken. I used about 4tbsp of butter and topped the chicken off with some fiesta blend cheese. Highly recommended.
