A crowd pleaser- tastes just like an eclair - a great brunch dessert!

Delicious. A hearty warm brunch dish. I made this while entertaining friends one weekend and everyone devoured it. I have been asked to share the recipe, and it was a definite hit! This is one of the best breakfast casseroles I have made. I used regular sliced deli ham and cubed it up. I would definitely make this one again. It is easy to make and made the house smell all warm and yummy!

Divine! a tasteful and elegant salad. I would have to use a better jello mold next time because I had trouble inverting it. However, even though it didn't come out in layers like it is supposed to - the taste was absolutely wonderful.
