Italian Sausage Soup II
Both hearty and comforting as well as complex and elegant. A wonderful recipe. I made it for my family and after two bowls they were still looking for more. I subbed one cup of dry white wine for broth as another had suggested and also used chorizo sausage instead of italian. Didn't need the crushed red pepper as the chorizo is hot enough. Thanks so much!!!!

Profiteroles
Wonderful recipe. Turned out better than I expected. Very light and delicate. EASY to make, took no time at all. I would double the portion of the recipe for the cream filling. I only had enough to fill half of the puffs. Lovely recipe, thank you.
