Carne Asada Tacos
I needed to double the seasoning, and used diced tomatoes instead of the tomatillos. I mixed in the onions to the tomato mixture and it turned out well. Definitely a good recipe.

Almost Beau Monde Seasoning
I didn't have the celery seed or mace, perhaps that what did it, but it ruined my dish, as the cloves overpowered everything. Be careful.
