Welsh Rabbit
My great grandmother used to make this when I was a kid and it's been a long time since I've had it. Very good over white toast. Tastes best when made with an ale or strong beer. This is a very tangy dish!!

Chicken and Mushroom Saute
Absolutely delicious!! Even my 3 yo who usually will only eat hot dogs gobbled this down. I also used canned chicken broth (about 3/4 and fresh mushrooms. I also seasoned the flour with salt, pepper, house salt and garlic powder to give the chicken a little more flavor. The gravy was scrumptious and went well with the brown rice and asparagus! Thanks Angela, I will definitely make this again!!
